The Ramganga River which flows through the national park is home of the huge population of the fishes such as the Mahseer, and Goonch. Matwash and Rikawasi is the ideal, place for the fishing tour in Corbett. The river streams flowing throwing these regions provide good fishing opportunities. The Kosi River in Ramnagar is also known for rich population of Masheer.
