The Jungle Experience: Jim Corbett National Park
At the foothills of Himalayas in the Northern region, Corbett National Park is probably one of the finest habitats of the Royal Bengal Tiger and Asiatic Elephants. The park is well known for the diurnal activity of its Tigers; Corbett is a very special and unusual area where the natural present meets the past.
Encounters in the jungles with wild animals are always mysterious and triumphantly compelling. You may get mesmerized with the tingling activity of the elephants mother protecting her new born calf; a dominant tiger trekking his turf. Designed and led by a team of qualified naturalists our customized jungle safaris are planned in consultation with our guests to provide for a more wholesome jungle experience.

The park is divided into five different exclusive tourism zones where tourists are permitted for day visit after obtaining the necessary permits from the forest department. Escorted jeep safaris are available for the day visiting Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhikala, Durgadevi and Dhela area of the park. The jeep safari is essentially conducted for three hours in two different shifts- starting either at 6:00 hrs for morning shift or at around 13:00 hrs for the evening one. The tourists are accompanied by trained naturalist and driver in an open gypsy. It is always advisable to get the safari booked in an advance. In order to ensure the equal distribution of safari vehicles only limited numbers of jeeps are allowed to enter into the park in a given shift.
We shall require the following information to facilitate the advance safari booking:
- Name, age, gender of each traveler
- Specific Id card number (it can be driving license number, PAN or Passport number)
- Passport details of every individual in case of foreign travelers
- Expected date of traveling
