World Tourism Day 2021 Corbett’s Dhikala Zone First Choice For Safaris
All the tourist zones of Jim Corbett National park have its own charm. Dhikala is the first choice for night stay or night casual rest for most of the tourists from where the view of sunset and Ramganga river look epic.

In February 2019, The PM Modi was also super impressed with the fascinating beauty of the Dhikala. He showed full interest in gathering information regarding the quantity of tiger, deer and other animals. After that he mentioned to be here at Corbett National Park. Even former PM Rajiv Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi were also fascinated with the natural beauty.
55000 tourists at Dhikala in 2 years
13675 tourists have visited for night stay and 17411 tourists during day visit in Dhikala. Even in Pandemic the rush was not compromised and visitors were coming in full number. There were 10290 visitors for night stay while 14489 visitors for day visit. There are 28 rooms and 23 dormitory are available for tourists and the charges for each room is 4000 rs for tourists.
Planning to Reopen of Dhikala and Bhijrani
Almost all tourists zone is about to reopen. Bijrani zone will be reopen on oct 15 while from 15 nov Dhikala tourists destination and night stay are about to reopen. The advance online booking will also start so that tourists with full ease will be able to do pre-booking and will enjoy the night stay and day visit at all tourist zone…
Loss of crores due to Covid 19
Every year in Corbett, Indian tourists keep visiting on in number more than 9 lakhs while more than 10000 Foreigners. But due to corona, park was closed for 2 times. According to the park authority, loss of 15 crore to 20 crore happened to the Corbett associates.
