Tiger Ferociously Charges and Roars at Tourists on a Safari Ride at Jim Corbett

tiger attack

A video went viral on Wednesday 26th April, a tiger approached roaring from the bushes and aggressively charged at the safari jeep at Jim Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand.

A wave of sudden terror wrapped a group of tourists on a 4-wheeler jeep safari. As they were busy spotting and photographing the tiger, the beast all of a sudden sprang from the bushes to attack the jeep. While the group of visitors was going through the first-hand experience of terror, one of them managed to capture the entire incident on camera.

Later the video was shared on Twitter by Susanta Nanda, an Indian Forest Service (IFS) official. He stated in his caption, “Striped monk gets irritated. What will you do if at every designated hour people crash into your house as their matter of right?”

The caption sets out a question to all, whether the enthusiasm to spot tigers by entering their natural habitat is safe for the tourists and the big cats as well.

However, the tourists are fortunate enough, as the tiger did not cause any harm to anyone, except for the fright, which left the visitors screaming and panicking. It is the skilled driver’s presence of mind, who instantly moved the jeep backwards at a safe distance from the angry tiger.
